Are the map locations exact addresses?

No. Each pin marks the community or area at an approximate location so the whole region fits on one map, and pins are placed only where the community genuinely sits. Use the View details link in a popup for the full file, which includes exact location notes, and confirm a specific sales center address with the builder before you visit.

Why do Accolades, Harvest, and Lake Star at Ovation sit so close together?

They are three separate communities inside the same Ovation master plan in Horizon West's Village I area near Avalon Road, so their pins cluster together on the map. Each has its own builder, its own floor plans, and its own community file.

How do I get current pricing, incentives, and availability for a community?

Pricing, incentives, and availability change without notice, so confirm what is current with the builder's sales team or with Tyler Gibson and the GPG Team before you compare offers. The community files on this site note phase and price context as of their last update, but the builder's release sheet is the source of truth.

Ask the GPG Team for current availability

Can I open the map full screen?

Yes. Use the Fullscreen button in the top-right corner of the map to expand it to your whole screen, and press Escape or the same button to return. The zoom controls sit in the top-left corner.

Which areas does the GPG Team serve?

Tyler Gibson and the GPG Team serve Central Florida and the Greater Orlando area across Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, and Polk counties, including every community and area pinned on this map.
